No. Our fees cover our team's work, strategy, and time. Any third-party costs—such as your Google/Meta ad budget, website hosting, or specialized software licenses—are paid directly by you. We will always outline these estimated costs clearly before we start so there are no surprises.

Q2. What is your payment schedule for projects?

For fixed-price projects, payments are broken into manageable milestones:

  • Deposit: A percentage upfront to kick off the planning phase.

  • Milestones: Progress payments made when specific parts of the project are completed and approved by you.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance due right before your website, app, or system goes live.

Q3. How do you charge for your services?

We use two simple pricing structures depending on your project:

  • Project-Based (Fixed Price): Best for one-time projects with a clear endpoint, like building a mobile app or creating a new brand identity.

  • Monthly Retainer: Best for ongoing services that require continuous work, like Digital Marketing, IT Management, or ongoing Data Security.
